This document serves as a binding agreement regarding your data privacy. By accessing or using the Application, you explicitly agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in this comprehensive policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide our photography and social services, we collect the following categories of data: • Registration Data: When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, username, and profile picture. Passwords are encrypted and are not accessible by the Service Provider. • User Content & Metadata: We store the photos you upload, the albums you create (titles and descriptions), and the metadata embedded in your images (such as EXIF data containing date and time). • Location Data: We collect information about your location through your device's GPS signal and the location metadata (GPS coordinates) embedded in the photos you upload. • Unique Identification Codes: Each photo is assigned a unique digital fingerprint (Identification Code). This code is used to verify the authenticity of the photo and manage indexing within our system. • Technical Data: We automatically collect your IP address, device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to ensure app stability and compatibility.
2. Payments and Subscriptions
Realpic operates under a Freemium model, providing basic services for free while offering "Pro" features through paid subscriptions. • Subscription Tiers: We offer paid plans that allow users to increase their cloud storage capacity and access exclusive app features. • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled exclusively by third-party providers: Google Play Billing (for Android users) and Apple App Store (for iOS users). • Financial Data Protection: Lenco does not store, process, or have direct access to your credit card numbers or bank account details. • Subscription Management: You are responsible for managing your subscription lifecycle through your device's subscription settings.
3. Use of Information
We process your information for the following specific purposes: • Service Delivery: To host, display, and organize your photos and albums as requested. • Subscription Fulfillment: To ensure that your storage limits are correctly updated according to your status. • Authenticity Verification: Using identification codes to manage sharing and prevent unauthorized duplication. • Experience Optimization: To provide features such as "Smart Albums" based on the location where your photos were taken. • Communication: To send essential notices regarding your account or security updates.
4. Cloud Storage, Security, and Storage Limits
• Security Measures: We implement SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for photos at rest. • Data Retention and Subscription Status: - Cancellation of "Pro" Subscription: Your account will revert to the standard (Free) tier upon expiration. - Exceeding Storage Limits: If usage exceeds the standard limit after expiration, you will not be able to upload new photos until you delete content or renew your subscription. Existing photos remain stored but upload functionality is restricted. - Account Deletion: Media is removed within 30 days of account deletion.
5. Visibility and Privacy Controls
• Visibility Settings: You can toggle content between "Private" and "Public". • Public Content Warning: By marking content as "Public", you agree that any user can view your content and its associated identification code. • Discovery via Identifiers: Unique codes may be used as a lookup mechanism for public content.
6. Location Services and Geolocation
The Application utilizes location information to provide a more contextualized experience: • Smart Organization: We use the location data from your photos to automatically group them into geographical albums (e.g., "Trips to Paris"). • Service Performance: Coarse location data helps us determine the nearest server to your location to optimize upload and download speeds. • Permissions: The Application will request explicit permission to access your device's GPS. You can enable or disable this access at any time through your mobile device's system settings. • Metadata Management: You may choose to strip GPS metadata from your photos before uploading through your camera settings, although this may disable certain automated organization features within the app.
7. Third Parties and Data Transfers
We do not sell your data. We share information with: • Cloud Services: Infrastructure partners (e.g., Google Cloud/AWS) for storage. • Payment Gateways: Google Play and Apple App Store for billing. • Analytics & Monitoring: Tools like Firebase to track performance and errors.
8. User Rights (ARCO Rights)
We guarantee your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition: • Access: View and download your data at any time. • Rectification: Update profile information in settings. • Erasure: Delete your account and media permanently. • Opposition: Opt-out of non-essential communications. 9. Minors
The Application is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that a user under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete the account and content immediately.
